4. App Store Terms

Our iOS applications are distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of those applications is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service and App Store Review Guidelines. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall govern with respect to App Store usage.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content within our applications.
