Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any application or service provided by Airus Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"), including SkyFlight Tracker, first10steps, DeckDeck, NutriFitr, SkyGazer Weather, Cue — Live Coach, LookMate: AI Stylist, First10 To-Do, Calm Games Hub, Moonfast, our TripSooAI web app, and this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use our services in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services or infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our applications
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access our services without prior written permission
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through our services

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our applications and website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of Airus Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

4. App Store Terms

Our applications are distributed through the Apple App Store and, for some apps, Google Play. Your use of those applications is also subject to the terms and guidelines of the store you obtained them from — Apple's Terms of Service and App Store Review Guidelines, or Google Play's Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a store's terms, the store's terms govern with respect to your use of that store.

5. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Several of our apps — including NutriFitr, Moonfast, and first10steps — provide general wellness, fitness, nutrition, and fasting information. They are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any nutrition estimates, fasting stages, activity metrics, trends, or suggestions are for general informational purposes only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on our apps for medical decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, fasting, exercise, or health routine — and especially if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, have a medical condition, or have a history of an eating disorder. You use these features at your own risk.

6. Artificial-Intelligence Features

Some apps — including NutriFitr, LookMate, Cue, and our TripSooAI web app — use artificial intelligence to generate estimates, suggestions, transcripts, itineraries, or other output. AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. It is provided for your convenience only and is not professional advice of any kind. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on or acting on it, and Airus Solutions is not liable for decisions you make based on it.

7. User-Provided Keys and Third-Party Accounts

Some features require you to supply your own third-party account or API key — for example, Cue uses an OpenAI API key that you provide, and LookMate's optional photoreal try-on can connect your own AI provider. You are responsible for your credentials, for any use and charges incurred under your account with that provider, and for complying with that provider's terms. Your use of a connected third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy, not ours, and Airus Solutions is not responsible for that service's availability, output, pricing, or handling of your data.

8. Recording, Consent, and Responsible Use

Cue captures and transcribes live audio to provide coaching. Laws on recording, transcribing, or analyzing conversations vary by jurisdiction and often require the consent of some or all participants. You are solely responsible for using Cue lawfully, including obtaining any consent required from other people and not using it where recording is prohibited. You agree not to use any of our apps to harass, surveil, deceive, or infringe the rights of others. Airus Solutions is not responsible for your use of recordings, transcripts, or other content you create.

9. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Billing

Some apps offer optional one-time purchases or subscriptions (for example, lifetime Pro purchases or Premium subscriptions) processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment, billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by the applicable store under its terms; Airus Solutions does not process or store your payment-card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store before the renewal date, and you can manage or cancel them in your store account settings. Except where required by law or the applicable store's policy, payments are non-refundable.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content within our applications.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airus Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website and applications may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Accessing those services is at your own risk.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
