SubTrack is live — your subscriptions, in one place
SubTrack: Subscription Finder, our sixteenth app, is now available on the App Store. It turns receipts you share into a clear view of recurring costs: a monthly total, a calendar of renewals, and price changes backed by the receipts that show them.
It starts with the receipts you choose. Share one from Mail, Safari, or Files, or import a saved email, PDF, or text file. SubTrack reads it on your iPhone and suggests the merchant, amount, date, and billing frequency for you to review.
Review first, then count
You confirm, edit, or reject each suggestion before it affects your total. Subscriptions without a receipt can be added by hand. Mark a plan paused or ended when it should stop counting.
Weekly, monthly, and yearly charges are shown on a common monthly basis, with separate totals for each currency and an annual projection alongside them.
Keep the evidence close
When a new receipt shows a different price, SubTrack compares it with earlier charges. You can see the amounts and the receipts behind the change. The renewals calendar and optional reminders help you keep track of what is expected next.
Each subscription also has a checklist for your own cancellation steps and a place to keep the merchant’s account-page link. SubTrack helps you keep that record; cancellation itself is handled with the merchant.
Your receipts stay on your iPhone
SubTrack has no bank connection, user account, or mailbox access. Receipt processing happens on your iPhone, with no upload to Airus Solutions and no advertising or analytics in the app. Export your records as CSV or delete the stored data in Settings.
